Project Management

The Kontro Group work hand in hand with our clients to ensure each project management undertaken achieves its planned outcome.

We love nothing better than assisting our clients with any complex challenges in their planned development.

By treating every project as if it were our own we develop and manage the scope, pricing and planning that’s right for the project.

Together with our project management we have the manpower and equipment to demolish structures and materials, sort out recycling, remove hazardous materials and ensure a site is ready for rebuild.

Our knowledge and experience of project management means we can offer a tailored plan customised to fit your strategy and specific needs.

At the Kontro Group we will provide a clear, integrated structure and identify any possible risks to deliver outcomes that provide flexibility and reduce overall costs.

Understanding and being accountable for each step along the way means we always get the right result for our clients.

We can also help if existing facilities need to be maintained as operational.

With a commitment to quality that is second to none, you can trust Kontro Group to manage your project successfully.

Bathers Way

Walking and cycling track bring the beach closer to the people. Rejuvenating the south coast of Newcastle, The Bathers Bay aims on increasing attraction via kiosks throughout the walk whilst the path surrounds the new skatepark. Increase the accessibility to the Newcastle beaches, the 4 to metre wide shared path will allow for all ages and abilities to use and enjoy the views.

Westmead Hospital

The new Central Acute Services Building (CASB), which is the centrepiece of the Westmead Redevelopment, is the first hospital in NSW to provide comprehensive health services for children and adults. It will be a joint facility with The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Western Sydney Local Health District, and the University of Sydney when it opens in early 2021, providing high-quality healthcare.

Scallabrini Village

The intent of this project was to interlace and weave the old and new in a seamless fashion, as the new expansion of the facilities heavily juxtaposes with the existing structures. This transition between the old chapel and the new tall white buildings also allowed for room for a custom – built tailored approach.

Lindfield Learning Village

Lindfield Learning Village is a former UTS Ku-Ring-Gai campus that holds historical significance, influencing the second half of 20th century Australian architecture. Sydney experienced high levels of residential suburban expansion in the 1960s in and around North shore. The difficult of the rocky and slop terrain of the North Shore had been a challenge that was hard to overcome.
